A 62-year-old female presented with dull aching abdominal pain and adnexal mass on evaluation. Serum CA-125 was 249 u/ml, PET scan findings: Metabolically active right adnexal mass measuring 5.2 x 3.6 cm. Additional metabolically active abdominal, retroperitoneal, left inguinal lymph nodes. Bilateral salpingectomy was performed and specimen sent for histopathology examination. Right fallopian tube mass measures 6.5 x 5 x 3 cm. Serosa was rough and on cut section appeared solid. Bilateral ovaries are normal in size & approximately measures 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.6 cm with rough external surface. Left fallopian tube was unremarkable.

A 53-year-old male presented with right scrotal swelling and pain in right lumbar region. USG: Right testicular mass which is predominantly solid and shows few cystic components. Serum LDH > 400 U/L, serum β-HCG < 1.2 mIu/ml, serum AFP 1.99 ng/ml. Right high orchidectomy done. On gross examination, the entire testis shows a grey white, firm, solid tumour measuring 11 x 8.5 x 7 cm reaching upto the tunica, abutting the epididymis and reaching the base of the spermatic cord.

A 75-year-old man, complained of retrosternal burning sensation, recent weight loss of 5-6 kg.
Endoscopy: Large ulceroproliferative mass at the gastroesophageal junction.
Biopsy done, post which received chemotherapy.
Specimen received after definitive surgery, post chemotherapy.
Gross: Polypoidal exophytic ulcerated mass measuring 8 cm, involving distal esophagus, gastroesophageal junction and proximal part of stomach.

A 30-year-old female presented with history of swelling over bilateral feet, skin lesions and oliguria. Rise in serum creatinine from 1.2 to 3 mg/dl in 2 weeks. Diagnosed as acute renal failure (requiring dialysis). Renal biopsy done to ascertain the cause.

A 66-year-old male complained of a swelling over right upper thigh, gradually increasing since 4 months. The mass was not associated with pain or restriction of daily activities. MRI: A well circumscribed lobulated and encapsulated lesion in the intermuscular plane along the anterolateral aspect of right upper thigh. It appears hyperintense on T2w images and hypointense on T1w images.
